Maple Valley Nursing Home is a Skilled Nursing Facility licensed by both Michigan Medicaid and the Federal Medicare Program.
Maple Valley Nursing Home is privately owned by John & Donna Kasben. John has been the Administrator of Maple Valley since 1996. His wife Donna, is the Director of Nursing. She is Board Certified in Gerontology and has over 30 years of experience at Maple Valley. Our medical director is Dr. Mark Barber, DO. He specializes in Family Practice.
Naturally, we cannot list the names of all of our staff, but they are all very important.
We take pride in the fact that we have one of the lowest staff turnover rates of any Nursing Facilities in the area.

We are staffed 24-hours a day, 7-days a week by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and CENA (Certified Nurses' Aides) who are supervised by a Registered Nurse who is Board Certified in Gerontology.
We also have Activity, Housekeeping, Laundry and Dietary staff here 7 days a week.
Our 24-Hour Staff ratio exceeds the standard requirements. |
