Maple Valley is licensed by the Michigan Department of Public Health for 25 nursing beds.

Currently, Mechanical Respiration per Ventilator is not provided at Maple Valley Nursing Home.

In Addition to Nursing Services, we also provide, free of charge,  the following ancillary services:

© Board Certified Dietary Consultant Services – Offered through Foodaceuticals North, Inc. of Traverse City, Michigan.

© Pharmacy Consultant Services – Offered through Specialized Pharmacy of Michigan.

© Respiratory Therapist Consultant Services – Offered through Carelinc Medical.

© Laundry Services - provided in house, seven days a week.

© Activities – Full time Activities are provided 7 days a week.  Maple Valley now has a wheelchair equipped van for taking Residents on the many group outings that are available.  We are quite fortunate and proud to mention that we have a group of many volunteers who give of their time and talents to help meet the special needs of our residents.

© Housekeeping – provided in house, seven days a week.

© Dietary – Residents are provided with 3 meals per day.  Snacks are also passed around throughout the day to meet their nutritional guidelines.
